Q. What is your standard turn around time for duplication orders?

A. during busy periods 10-14 working days if on body print is also required. However deadlines can be aimed for if known in advance and queue jump service is available at extra costs if needed

 

Q. What if I need my order faster?

A. A Rush service is available at an extra cost and is done ASAP. ( please contact us )

 

Q. Can I provide my own blank tapes, CD's or DVD's?

A. You may, but we discourage it, no discount is given on our normal duplication rates and no guarantees with regards tape quality and length

 

Q. Will you copy, transfer, duplicate or edit adult material?

A. Only if it is legal, the slightest concerns would put the order on hold so any doubts would need to be addressed

 

Q. Can you copy, transfer, duplicate or edit copyrighted material?

A. Not without written release from the copyright holder.

 

Q. Can you also transfer my video tapes to DVD’s?

A. Yes, although studio time will be needed to transfer Video to DVD and retain the quality.

 

Q. What if I wanted to include a logo on the label?

A. That is fine as long as the logo is not to large, and consumes a large amount of ink.

 

Q. Is there a template for the cassette on body printing which iI can use and submit

Q. Can you print audio cassette face labels instead of supplying them blank on sheets

A. This is something we are currently working on so the answer soon should be yes, although cheaper than on body print for short runs, please ask for a price

 

Q. Can I choose a different ink colour for the cassette on body printing

A. Not normally, we have white and black ink as standard, however special jobs could have a different colour by arrangement but the costs would be significantly higher than black or white

 

Q. How should I ship my master tape to you?

A. Tapes should be placed in a padded jiffy bag or box along with your contact information. Please do not send any masters unmarked without full details, name address, phone, email, track details and full order details

 

Q. How do you send the copies back to me?

A. Small orders could be by the post, most orders above 2kg are sent by courier and usually next day (UK) please ensure that somebody is at the delivery address during the daytime or leave us alternative instructions (maybe a neighbour) Phone numbers etc all help to avoid failed deliveries

 

Q. How long do blank cassette order take to get despatched

A. A lot quicker than duplicated cassettes and often same or next day from when the order is placed. Large orders may take a while longer as well as any printed blank cassettes

 

Q. How can I get my original material copyrighted?

A. Please see the copyright tab at the bottom of the home page

 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept BACS, Postal Orders, Cheques, Paypal or Cash.

 

Q. What happens if I get a problem with my order?
